BROWN BREAD
My Grandmother taught me how to bake Brown Bread – her recipe is a secret we still share, but it does include real butter and buttermilk. It means alot to me to carry on that tradition.

APPLE TART
Our apple tarts are a real labour of love. We pick the apples, we peel the apples and we cook the apples ourselves. We believe it is this and the real butter that makes our tarts a firm favourite.

Not like you buy in the shops… Our Jams are made from scratch with 50% Sugar and 50% Real Fruit. We only use fresh and in-season fruit and so our offerings change from season to season depending on what’s ripe.
